They say change is as good as a holiday, which is why after almost two decades, The Strand Arcade’s home of grooming has undergone a rebrand. Formerly known as Men’s Biz, Noah — an acronym which stands for Nature Of A Habit — has a new look and an expanded offering, including hard-to-find products sourced from around the globe.

Since opening Men’s Biz only Sydney outpost in The Strand Arcade, founder Nathan Jancauskas has sought to bring a modern approach to grooming to his customers. Where the beauty industry is heaving with products, tools and services aimed at women, men’s grooming is a relatively untapped market. “When we launched Men’s Biz, the goal was to create an approachable space with access to exceptional advice,” says Jancauskas. Far more than just a boutique barber with a few products available to purchase, the Men’s Biz range covers all elements of grooming and self-care. Top-of-the-range shaving tools and products from brands like Merkur Solingen and Taylor of Old Bond Street sit alongside skincare formulated especially for men, plus haircare, bodycare and fragrances you’d be hard pressed to find in most other brick-and-mortar stores. The store also offers barber services — the hot towel shave is one of their signatures — but you can head in for all manner of grooming requirements, from restyling haircuts to beard trims. “We’re in the business of helping create good habits,” Jancauskas says. “Habits that make you feel better and make the smaller daily routines a little sweeter and more pleasurable.”

Driven by a passion to bring the most exceptional range of personal care brands from across the globe to their customers, the Men’s Biz team decided that after almost two decades, the time was right for a rebrand. “We spent some time reflecting on how our business has evolved since launching more than 18 years ago,” explains Jancauskas. “We spoke with our clients to understand their needs and worked to create an identity that reflected this evolution.” The result? Nature of a Habit, where a fresh approach to the store’s branding has been taken, but the same commitment to curating the best in grooming remains. “We have some exclusive new brands and products that will be introduced as part of the service experience,” Jancauskas notes. “While our name is changing, our commitment to providing exceptional service has never been stronger. We plan to bring to fruition some of our best ideas and initiatives as we reimagine the world of grooming.”
