For Cake:
1 cup milk
125g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp Gewürzhaus Hot Cross Bun Spice

2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 eggs
1 ½ cups caster sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
30 ml sunflower oil or light olive oil, plus extra to grease bundt pan
For Glaze
2 ½ cups icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp orange blossom water (alternatively replace milk and orange blossom water with 3 tbsp orange juice)
Optional: dried citrus, edible flowers or seasonal fruit for decoration
